The owner, Mark Steinman, 70 years old, purchased this equestrian estate in Hope Ranch, a suburb outside the city of Santa Barbara, Calif., in 1987, according to public records. The 5.1-acre property, located between the Los Padres National Forest and the Pacific Ocean, is a short drive to the shoreline, where horse riding is permitted on the beach.
