	USING THE FORMS First Copy the form to your favorite word processor. To do this (in Windows) Select All the form by holding down the Control Key while you touch the "A" Key. Then Copy the form to your clipboard by holding down the Control Key while you touch the "C" key. Now open your word processor to a new, blank page. Paste the form into your word processor by holding down the Control Key while you touch the "V" Key. The form should now appear in your word processor. You can close your browser and edit the Form as you wish after consultation with local attorney.
