About Barbara

To use an old cliché, We are all about quality, not quantity. More value is placed on a job well done with a smaller number of clients, rather than sacrificing attention to detail by accepting too many projects.

Barbara Reaume began her career in real estate at Coldwell Banker 26 years ago selling residential and income property in the San Marino, Pasadena, La Canada and Arcadia areas. Along with her real estate work, she was renovating homes with Reaume Construction.

Moving to San Luis Obispo County in 1991, she lived on a 350 acre ranch and her real estate expanded to include large ranches, vineyards and wineries.

Relocating to Coldwell Banker Montecito, Barbara is now close to her 3 year old grandson Dan, her 1 year old grandson Max, daughter Cameron and son-in-law John Lorenz.   Barbara also has 3 sons ages 28, 29 and 32. 

Her enthusiasm in real estate marketing, together with customer service and her expertise gained over 26 years in the industry will assure her buyers and sellers of a quality experience.
